Company officials said automobile dealers are facing increased pressure to improve their finance and insurance operations because of changing federal regulations. As a result, dealers are seeking ways to help their business meet current compliance standards, improve efficiency and lower risk, and stay up to date with customer service trends.
“The creation of the Ohio LAW library aligns with our interests of providing our members with credible ways to improve dealership operations, as well as improve the experience for their customers,” said Tim Doran, OADA president, in a statement.
Reynolds’ LAW forms are available in all 50 states and Washington D.C., and have been endorsed by a number of state automobile dealers associations and auto finance institutions, officials said.
Reynolds, a privately held company that develops and sells information management systems for automobile dealers, has more than 4,300 workers worldwide, including about 1,300 at its Kettering headquarters and 400 at its documents production division in Celina, Ohio. The company also has major operations in Houston and College Station, Texas.
