Second Taqueria Mixteca restaurant now open

TROTWOOD — The second location of Taqueria Mixteca at 2190 Shiloh Springs Road is now open.

The popular Taqueria Mixteca has operated its flagship restaurant at 1609 E. Third St. in Dayton for seven years before deciding to launch a second restaurant. Trotwood city officials have said the new location is another piece of positive news in their city’s development efforts in and around the Salem Mall area. The restaurant is located in the former California Garden restaurant site across from Sears.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, according to the restaurant’s website. For more information, go to taqueriamixteca.com.
