Sidney developer buys Piqua industrial building for $2M+

A Sidney developer and property owner has bought a Piqua industrial property for more than $2 million.

Bensar Properties Ltd. bought the Takata Fabrication Ltd. property at 1401 Innovation Parkway for $2,037,270 in the last days of March, according to Miami County property records.

Records identified the seller as GMS Leasing.

The property includes 5.9 acres of land, office space and light industrial space.

A message seeking comment was sent to Nick Bensman, president of Sidney-based Bensar Development Co.
