Crown is a Columbus-headquartered staffing firm that specializes in light industrial, office and health care staffing.

The company has offices around the Midwest and Southeast, though this is their first office in the Dayton area.
Clark said the company will be starting with two employees and growing as the business grows.
The office is in a newly built retail strip on the corner of Springboro Pike and Lyons Road, near the Dayton Mall. Other tenants in the retail buildings on site include Athletic, Appliance Factory, Mattress Warehouse and Bargain Hunt, according to a listing by Town Center Company.
