We treat infringements of our intellectual property rights protecting these innovations very seriously,” said Deborah P. Majoras, chief legal officer of P&G. “By filing a lawsuit against CAO Group, we are taking steps to protect this investment and our business.”
According to the CAO Group’s website, the CAO Group is under the direction of Dr. Densen Cao. The company designs, develops and sells dental, veterinary, forensic and solid state lighting products. It has research and development and manufacturing plants in West Jordan, Utah and Beijing, China.
