Three area Sonic restaurant sites sold

A property owner has sold a trio area Sonic restaurant sites, according to recent property records.

Montgomery County records show that Houchen Restaurants LLC sold a Sonic drive-in at 801 E. Dixie Drive in West Carrollton for $455,731 and another at 7888 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights for $631,905.

A third location, this one in Kettering at 2890 Wilmington Pike, also was sold. Records give the sale price in that case as $524,644.

The buyer was the same for all three properties: Sri Real Estate Properties LLC, a foreign limited liability company with a Columbus registration address.
