The new owner is listed as Township Square Shopping Center 12 LLC. Since 2004, the owner had been Township Square Association Ltd.
The center has maintained a 96 percent occupancy since 2001, according to real estate web site LoopNet, which put the center’s gross leaseable area as 49,840 square feet. Nearly 70 percent of the center’s tenants have been located at the site for more than seven years, LoopNet said.
