Wild Birds Unlimited plans to open a store in Huber Heights.

The bird and nature retailer filed an application to build out a store at 7751 Old Troy Pike, next to the Chipotle.

Huber Heights Mayor Jeff Gore said that Leslie Pools moved out and Wild Birds Unlimited and another business plan to turn the one space into two stores and both occupy the space.

Wild Birds Unlimited also has stores in Kettering, Springboro and West Chester.

The retailer did not respond for comment.
