Sitting on just less than 5 acres of land, the stone tri-level has had several updates made during the past year and a half.

Listed for $309,900 by Bill Lee and Associates Inc. Realtors, the tri-level at 1720 Charles Road in Silvercreek Twp., outside Jamestown, has about 2,850 square feet of living space plus and unfinished basement that has about 600 square feet. The 4.96-acre property has a stone fence at the driveway entrance and includes a four-car detached garage, a 40-by-60-foot pole barn and frame out barn at the rear.

The house has a two-car, attached garage, and there is a gravel driveway that leads to all the out-buildings.

Many updates have been made to the house in 2018, including kitchen appliances, well pump and pressure tank switch, hardwood floors and ceiling paddle fans. The lower-level family room was renovated with flooring and wall treatment. In 2017, entry doors were replaced, ceiling fans installed, central air conditioning updated and a new garage door opener installed.

Formal entry opens into a foyer hallway with a stone floor. To the right are the stairwells to the upper and lower levels. To the left is the formal living room, which is accessible to the formal dining room, currently set up as a sitting room.

The kitchen and breakfast room are at the back of the house. The kitchen has been updated with hardwood flooring, refinished cabinetry, which includes a buffet counter and new hardware. Appliances include a range, microwave and a dishwasher. A peninsula counter divides the kitchen from the breakfast room, and patio doors open off the breakfast room to the back yard.

The lower level features a recently remodeled family room with knotty-pine walls, a stone fireplace with wood-burning insert and a raised hearth. A single door opens from the family room out to the backyard patio. Off the family room is a half bathroom, a laundry room and a possible fourth bedroom as it has a closet but is currently set up as an office.

A door opens to a staircase that leads down to the unfinished basement. The basement has glass block windows and the mechanical systems. There is about 600 square feet of possible living space if finished.

The second level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has two double-door closets and a private bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, single-sink vanity and vinyl flooring. One of the rear bedrooms has an electric fireplace with stone hearth and surround. Both bedrooms have ceiling paddle fans and double-door closets. The guest bath features a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.
