He is a singer who happens to be blind and has autism, but Kodi Lee has shown he has the talent that could take him to the finals on season 14 of “America’s Got Talent.”

Lee took the stage, on the arm of his mother, announcing “I’m going to sing a song for you on the piano.”

His mother, Tina Lee, told judges Gabrielle Union, Julianne Hough, Howie Mandel and Simon Cowell, “We found out he loved music really early on. He listened and his eyes just went huge and he started singing.”

“Through music and performing, he was able to withstand living in this world, because when you’re autistic, it’s really hard to do what everybody else does,” Tina Lee told the panel of judges. “It actually has saved his life, playing music.”
