Found mop placed in mop sink while not in use. Mop hanger needs repaired.
Found raid spray in storage room. Corrected.
Found light at 3 compartment bar sink not working and light intensity was less than 20 foot candles.
Found bins of rice in walkin without date marking. Correcting.
Found cardboard beside deep fryer to catch splashing grease.
