Violations/comments: Observed raw bacon in prep cooler that was not properly protected from contamination by segregation. Bacon was being kept over ready to eat sauces. Observed white chest residential freezer being used. Equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed Pepsi cooler in kitchen area off hallway that was being used to store food items, not approved for time/temperature controlled for safety foods. Observed prep sink with build up with residual and dust. Observed food system in kitchen with build up of grease and dust. Observed dry stock items being improperly stored on floor in storage area. Observed water leak underneath sink in bathroom. Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the hand-washing sink behind the bar. Corrected during inspection. Observed employee personal items being stored on a prep table in kitchen area. Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items in storage areas making space uncleanable.
