Tucked away inside the beautiful Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark is the Children’s Discovery Garden. It will blow you away how much adventure has been packed into this garden of mazes, music, art and natural fun.
Even while exploring the instruments and tunnels around the garden, there is a peacefulness in the Discovery Gardens that makes it just an overall perfect day at the park. Parents can even relax pond-side and watch the fun from the comfort of a rocking lounge chair.

Mini activities for children – and children at heart – are scattered throughout Discovery Garden. Just when your kids think they’ve explored all of the grounds, they’ll likely find something new around the next corner.
The best part of all, Children’s Discovery Garden is completely free. The garden is located at 1301 E Siebenthaler Ave. in Dayton.
