Live Nation has a new "Ticket Relief Plan" for people who have tickets to shows that have been postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic so they can get refunds.

Live Nation who also own Ticketmaster, had originally said that fans who held tickets to rescheduled concerts would be given 30 days to ask for a refund.

Their new policy says if you have tickets to shows that have been postponed but not rescheduled you have 60 days after the original date of the concert to ask for a refund.

(Fans will then have 30 days to request a refund.)

Live Nation has also said that ticket-holders whose shows have been canceled will have the option of exchanging their ticket for a credit worth 150% of the original ticket price.

Before Ticketmaster made their announcement, AEG Presents announced that starting May 1st, their ticket-holders will be have a 30-day window to request refunds for rescheduled shows.
