Diners are sure to be in for a treat when they sit down to hear Chef/Owner Margot Blondet's stories about her food and her culinary journey including her time studying at Le Cordon Bleu, where she graduated first in her class. Her French preparation and cooking fuse with the ingredients and influences of Blondet's birthplace Perú to create dishes that are both sassy, surprising and elegant.

"I am a flavor person. I don't mind which country it's from, if I like the flavor I want to play with that," said Blondet during a previous interview.

It's a tactic that has helped her create a full slate of creative dishes that delight and surprise by drawing on a diverse mixture of cultures and flavors.
