“For years, the two coasts have dominated the craft beer scene, but the Midwest has quietly been gaining strength,” said the event’s co-chair and beer curator Kevin J. Gray. “In the last five years, there has been an explosion in craft beer growth in the Midwest, with more than 175 breweries in Ohio alone. What’s more, these breweries are really good, winning medals and holding their own against beers from California, Oregon and Washington.”

Gray also promises great beers for the vast spectrum of craft beer lovers; newbies and seasoned vets alike.
“Our goal is to select a beer list that appeals to a bunch of different palates.”
