Join us as we celebrate 50 years with Mike Peters, the world-famous Dayton Daily News Cartoonist. The award-winning artist is bringing his exhibit, “What a Hoot” to the new Dayton Metro Library on Monday, April 2nd from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
