Garlic-fueled Trucks
Food options will be from The Holy Cannoli, Schiavones, Gyro Palace, Bourbon Street Grill, Buckin' Donkey, PA's Pork, Totally Awesome Kettle Corn, Ritters and more.

Garlic Breath
A garlic eating contest will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday. Contestants must peel each garlic clove by hand, chew and finish before starting to eat the next one. There is a $100 cash prize to the person who eats the most in two minutes.
Live Music
There will be live music all day long. The Pandini Brothers, a plucked string quartet specializing in Italian and Pan-Mediterranean music, will perform from 1-3 p.m.
Thomas Mac, a country music singer and songwriter, will play from 4-6 p.m. and Locking Up Otis, a classic rock band, will play music from the ‘60s to the ‘80s from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Dunk Tank
Carroll High School coaches and VIPs will take their turn in a dunk tank. Each throw will cost but the money goes the athletic department.
