There’s nothing quite like jamming to some vinyl.

Saturday, April 13 is National Record Store Day, and there are a few places you have to check out if you're into finding rarities or building your collection.

OMEGA MUSIC

Omega Music will have limited-edition vinyl releases for sale, live music plus a special Warped Wing beer tasting.

The special Warped Wing tasting is the brand new Brainiac Pale Ale that's simultaneously being released the very same day at the brewery. "We'll have 6pk cans of Brainac for sale in the morning (while supplies last!) and we'l also be holding a beer tasting in the store at 5 p.m. Proceeds from the beer sales to benefit our friends at Five Rivers Youth Rugby Foundation," according to the Omega events page.

Shoppers can stop by Warped Wing after purchasing new records to play them on a turntable in the Taproom.

SKELETON DUST RECORDS

The store will be stocked with new and used titles of all kinds and there will be special releases, giveaways, food from La Pampa mobile and Billie Gold bubble tea truck. There also will be free pour-over coffee from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Wandering Dog Bean Juice & Micro Roastery. DJs will be spinning records all day long to add to the festivities.
