The Holiday Wine Dinner will feature four special menu items created by Chef de Cuisine Amy Finch and Sous Chef James Burton.
“We love doing special dinners like this because it gives our kitchen staff the opportunity to experiment and be creative and it highlights new holiday wines.” Mendenhall said.

For those interested, The Holiday Wine Dinner takes place at Lily’s Bistro on Wednesday, November 23 at 6:30 p.m. The tasting features 4 all new menu courses paired with 4 wines.
The full menu includes:
>> Course 1: Amuse Bouche ~ Schramsberg California Blanc de Blanc Sparkling wine~ paired with Pancetta wrapped persimmon, skewered with rosemary sprig, Thai basil leaves, and a touch of barrel aged balsamic vinegar
>> Course 2: Butter Napa Chardonnay paired with a Chilean Sea Bass & vegetable bouillabaisse with fresh caught bivalve mollusks & crustaceans, served with a flame grilled toast slice with a roasted red pepper aioli, garnished with fennel fronds.
>> Course 3: Kermit Lynch Cypress Cuvee Cotes Du Rhone paired with a cranberry glazed, roasted turkey tail, served with a side of traditional oyster stuffing, side of roasted potatoes & vegetables with bacon.
>> Course 4: Graham's 20 year Tawny Port wine, paired with pistachio creme brulee with blackberries, pomegranate, and mint
