“We’re really going all out to highlight half of our namesake for this week,” said Brian Johnson, event spokesperson, in a news release. “In addition to our normal menu offerings, Boar Fest will give people in our community even more boar dishes that are not available anywhere else.”

The Bison and The Boar will offer an expanded menu including boar sausage, boar ribs, and more, in addition to offering one of their most popular dishes at a special price throughout the week.

“Our neighbors have really come to love the melt-in-your-mouth boar belly cuts,” Johnson said. “During Boar Fest we’re serving boar belly for only $5 all week long. It’s one of the most affordable ways to try this unique protein, but only one of the many options!”
