“This is a very relatable story,” said producer Donna Roth. “The relationship between the Queen and Snow White is very interesting. It’s not as if Snow White doesn’t like the Queen but more of a feeling of why doesn’t the Queen like her? And the Dwarfs also serve as parental figures along the way for Snow White. The story also reminds us to always be aware of our surroundings. Overall there are many life lessons learned that everyone can relate to.”

CPAM’s annual fundraisers are entirely spearheaded by students, allowing them opportunities to develop their craft onstage and behind the scenes. Organizers continue to be pleased with this component of the troupe’s educational endeavors.
“It’s always great to see the fundraisers because it showcases what the students have learned throughout the year and to see what they are capable of doing,” Roth said. “They really have the ability to teach. CPAM takes pride in growing the character by growing the actor.
“The fundraisers also allow for other kids in the area who just enjoy acting in plays to participate in our shows since the organization typically does musicals. The cast of ‘Snow White’ has worked very hard and are excited for the community to see it.”
