Secret Eden's Goat Yoga sessions typically include a play and picture time where you meet the herd up close, and take selfies if you choose. Next, you will take a short hike back to an outdoor studio under the canopy of a pine forest. Next, there will be a one hour easy flow yoga session among goats and chickens designed for all levels. At the end of the yoga session, you can take another short hike around the property to take the goats back to their barn pasture.
