On at least one day of the year, it’s totally acceptable to indulge in a pint of cookie dough ice cream before noon. On Saturday, Feb. 1, ice cream lovers all over the world can rejoice in their love of consuming the sweet treat before an acceptable time on Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. And, conveniently, Jubie’s Creamery in Fairborn is hosting its very own ode to this special holiday.
