Most importantly, organizers said it was a chance to put Jewish culture on display and to educate people about their faith.
“We invite everyone from the Miami Valley to come in and experience Judaism through food, sights, sounds, kids activities ... even a petting zoo,” said Courtney Cummings, one of the festival’s organizers.
Temple Israel has been a part of the Dayton community for more than 150 years.
