Bacon is hard to beat.

Pancetta is called Italian bacon, but it's technicially NOT bacon. It's unsmoked pork belly cured with salt and spices. Think of it as super-bacon. Pancetta plus tomato marmalade plus sharp cheddar equals touchdown! >>RECIPE<<

3. BACON CHOCOLATE CAKE

With our extra-mild winter, there's no excuse not to fire up the grill. As you're flipping burgers and turning dogs, you might as well make this cake. The bacon adds a pleasant, crunchy texture. >>RECIPE<<
