The latest snackers from Mary's Gone Crackers aren't meek. The Thins line features lots of good-for-you ingredients (sprouted buckwheat, chia seeds, quinoa flakes, etc.). They come in five flavors: Kale; Lightly Salted; Garlic & Onion; Ancient Spice; and Italian Herb. Our favorites are Ancient Spice (a mix of cumin, turmeric, cinnamon and cayenne) and Kale, with dill-paprika seasonings. A 4.5-ounce box: $4.99. Store locator: www.marysgonecrackers.com

CITRUS-CENTRIC TREATS

Make more than lemon bars with Carla Snyder’s “Sweet and Tart: 70 Irresistible Recipes With Citrus” (Chronicle Books, $19.95). She embraces citrus variety, from blood oranges to Meyer lemons, with recipes for lemon curd napoleons, limoncello lemon mousse, marinated olives with lemon and rosemary, as well as lemony hazelnut and Parmesan cookies with thyme. Among offerings in the basics chapter: lemon syrup with lemongrass and lemony basil pesto. At bookstores nationwide.

AUTUMN DIPPERS

Biscotti may be a year-round treat, but Nonni's Foods has stirred up flavors perfect for dipping into a cup of java as the weather cools. There's Pumpkin Spice Biscotti and, our favorite, Caramel Apple with caramel bits and a frosting finish. Arriving in stores in October: Cranberry Cioccolati and Gingerbread Biscotti. A box of eight: $3.29. At supermarkets nationwide. www.nonnis.com
