INGREDIENTS
24 Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter (JIF recommended, creamy or crunchy)
1 package white or chocolate bark for coating
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread peanut butter (approximately 1 teaspoon) between 2 Ritz crackers. Set aside.
2. In a small microwaveable bowl, melt two pieces of bark at a time. Stir until all melted about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
3. Dip crackers into melted bark. Place on wax paper until set.
Makes 1 dozen
Judges note: These treats are simple, yet delicious and reminded us of Nutty Bars. This is a great no-bake recipe for young cookie makers, too, that they could also decorate with sprinkles, etc., for the holidays.
