Tasty, inexpensive champagnes to help celebrate 2019 milestones

There were plenty of expensive bottles popped open and enjoyed at Dorothy Lane Market's Champagne Soirée on Dec. 27, but there were plenty of affordable bottles as well. 

New Year's Eve may have come and gone, but there will be plenty of celebrations between now and Dec. 31, 2019 — birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, births or maybe just for a quiet, romantic Friday night.
