The post received more than 1,230 likes — many from Dayton-area people — 90 shares and tons of comments like this one from Lauren O’Malley: “Whooo!!! I’m from Dayton!!!”
I read the article and headed over to the house this morning and was greeted by Peter Bracher.
He was gracious, but seemed a little confused as to why I was on his doorstep.
“Oh, that’s old news,” Mr. Bracher said when asked about the article.
A closer look at the article shows that it was printed in Dwell’s October/November 2005 edition.
Oops.
Regardless, the house is still cool and Bracher said he is still happy with the article.
Great design never goes out of style and the house by the architecture firm Rogero + Buckman Architects is just that.
