Michelle Malkin's column a hateful bit of tripe

Re “Obama crafts $50 billion boondoggle for union pals,” Sept. 11: What a lovely columnist you have in Michelle Malkin (sarcasm intended). Her column was so far off-base and so full of anger toward working people it was sickening.

Since the demise of unions, we have seen the destruction of the middle class that built this country. We are being destroyed within by the hate of people like Malkin.

How can the Dayton Daily News publish her tripe, being in the middle of a working-class town and seeing it destroyed by CEOs who demand ever-increasing blood out of their workers while increasing their own salaries?

I see the new CEO of GM will make $9 million a year while GM is denying health care to retirees and broke a contract that was negotiated in good faith.

A day of reckoning is coming, and it will not be pretty. If those who read history know anything at all about why unions had to be created in the first place, I am afraid this will be much worse.
