PHOTOS: Early Spring flowers

There’s no better cure for cabin fever than an outing to see early spring flowers. Among the ones already blooming are teeny yellow aconite, white snowdrop and blue glory-of-the-snow. Daffodils are also popping up.

Cox Arboretum at 6722 Springboro Pike has a variety of early flowers on the grounds; the education center has tulips, violets, amaryllis and many other flowers on display, which can be enjoyed even on rainy days. You’ll also find flowers downtown at RiverScape MetroPark at 237 E. Monument Ave.
