The new building will be the home of Stepping Stones Cooperative Preschool. Ward said the congregation expects to move into the 16,000-square-foot facility by September 2010.

The West Charleston Church of the Brethren will break ground at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 18 for their new facility at the corner of Ohio 202 and 571 in Tipp City.
“Everything will be located on one floor, which makes it a lot better for us,” said church secretary Joyce Ward. “We have outgrown our present facility so we decided to build a new one. It’s very exciting. We hope to sell the old church. It would be perfect for a small congregation to move in.”
