There were skeleton triplets, a Cat in the Hat and a pair of adorable turtles.
The babies’ siblings made crafts and trick-or-treated at the nurses stations during the event.
The party was meant as a service to families, Howard said.
“The mom and dad is at the hospital (with the new baby),” Howard said. “They don’t want their other kids to be left out.”
