Role sought: Screener
Role description: Work with case managers to ensure that the information gathered is accurate in order to provide appropriate services to clients.
Gatekeeper and navigator to all case managers.
Reviews paperwork of all clientele and makes sure all contractually obligated components are present and complete.
Reviews needs assessment, prioritizes order to be seen, and sends to appropriate staff for services.
In some cases, may write case notes and refer to light services (emergency pantry, free clothing giveaway).
