Hannah fired some shots but no one was hit. However, deputies told WBNS-TV that Hannah pistol-whipped the child’s mother, who was taken to a hospital, the station reported.

Hannah left with the boy in a black 2003 GMC Yukon Denali, which the sheriff’s office said belonged to Soull’s mother.

The sheriff’s office told WBNS that Hannah will be charged with felonious assault, though other charges are not clear yet.
