Busy Kettering roadway lanes reopen as water main break has been repaired near Community Golf Course

A water main break in Kettering has been fixed and lanes have since reopened.

“Crews have successfully repaired a water line near the 700 block of W. Dorothy Lane, which had briefly shifted traffic into one lane in each direction between Allendale Drive and Patterson Road,” according to Montgomery County Environmental Services. “Thanks for helping keep everyone informed!”

Crews were initially working on a service line leak located near the 700 block of West Dorothy Lane early Wednesday morning that had temporarily closed those lanes..
