Missing 11-year-old Dayton girl found safe, police say

An 11-year-old girl who went missing Monday morning before school has returned home and is safe, Dayton police said.

The Dayton Police Department had asked the public for help to search for the girl, who went missing around 7:45 a.m. from Greenway Street in Dayton.
