Sunny, clear skies today; Slight chance for scattered showers tomorrow

Today will be sunny with mostly clear skies.

Highs will be in the low 60s, still slightly cooler than normal for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Tonight will be mostly clear with an overnight low around 41 degrees.

Tomorrow will be partly sunny, with highs around 70 degrees.

Clouds will increase and there is a chance of rain after 2 p.m., with scattered showers possible through the evening. Friday night will be mostly cloudy with an overnight low around 60 degrees.

Warmer temperatures return this weekend, with highs in the low 80s Saturday and Sunday.

Satuday will also be breezy, with gusts of 25 to 35 mph possible.
