He did not have his cellphone when he left the facility and did not have any mode of transportation.
On Tuesday, the sheriff’s office reported he had been found safe.
“The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend their gratitude to news media and residents for their assistance in locating Mr. Mobarak,” a statement read.
