Man shot on Hoover Avenue in Dayton

Emergency crews are responding to the area of Hoover Avenue and Tyson Avenue after a reported shooting late Friday.

The report came in at 11:50 p.m., and said that a man had been shot in the stomach near that intersection, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center Records.

The man was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, records said.
