Person taken to hospital after being shot in arm Sunday afternoon

A person was taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon following a shooting in the 1700 block of West Grand Avenue, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

Dayton police and medics were called to the scene at 2:44 p.m. for a report of a person shot, according to dispatch.
