A woman and her 1-year-old daughter who had no contact with family for nearly a year have been found and are safe, Dayton police said Friday afternoon
#UPDATE: Ms. Morgan & her child have been located & are safe. We are grateful for the outpouring of community assistance, including a key #CrimeStoppers tip. There is no criminal activity involved & Ms. Morgan has expressed her wish for privacy.

The woman’s family said she has not contacted them since May 2020, when she was living in a Vandalia motel.
