Dispatch said there may have three to four shots fired at least, and crews were no longer on scene.
“The windshield of a vehicle was shattered by what appeared to be a bullet,” Sgt. Jared King for the Dayton Police Department said.
No injuries were reported.
The scene is about 2.5 to 3 miles to the southeast of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly security zone.
Detectives from the Dayton Police Department are investigating the incident.
