Thief brings dog along to steal spare tire. Can you ID him?

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who brought his dog along Sunday to commit a crime in Kettering.

The man and his dog were on business property on East Dorothy Lane when the man slashed the rear window of a vehicle in the parking lot. The man then took a spare tire and left with it, according to a post on the Kettering Police Department’s Facebook page.
