In this June 2012 file photo former Oregon District restaurant owner Eva Christian enters court to learn her fate from judge Barbara Gorman after being convicted of five felony counts. Christian was sentenced nine years in prison for her insurance fraud conviction. Christian, who holds German citizenship, will be deported after completing her prison sentence, assistant Montgomery County Prosecutor Mary Montgomery said.
