The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Xenia police said.
The crash was reported around 3:27 a.m. after a vehicle driven by Milliner went left of center and hit the second vehicle head-on.
The Greene County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene around 4 a.m. Milliner pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
There were no passengers in either vehicle.
The crash is still under investigation at this time.
