There will be a wide range of presentations to include emerging foreign air and space threats, hot issues in acquisition, weapon systems cyber security, sustainment technology, small business discussions and partnerships.
The cafeteria-style agenda which will allow participants to choose topics and presentations that fit their interests and needs.
“Life Cycle Industry Days provides a venue for Air Force senior leaders and large and small businesses to candidly discuss acquisition ‘hot topics,’” said Tim Frey, an AFLCMC employee and one of the organizers of LCID. “This event showcases the Air Force’s future requirements to industry, allowing them to strategically forecast their future capability investments. A byproduct of LCID is networking opportunities that might not be available elsewhere.”
