If it’s been a lifelong dream to own a golf course, now’s the time.
The Beechwood Golf Course in Darke County will go up for auction Nov. 27. The roughly 251-acre course at 1476 Ohio 503 in Arcanum includes a 6,400 square-foot clubhouse and banquet facility, 6,400 square-foot maintenance building, 1,600 square foot older farm barn, 160-space paved parking lot and a 27 hole fully developed golf course.
It’s the only course in Darke County that has 27 holes.
The auction will begin at 1 p.m. Nov. 27 but interesting parties can meet a representative from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
The site will be sold as a whole or in individual tracts. The first and second tracts hold all the golf course-related features.
