Officials said all of the charges carry gun specifications, which calls for more time in prison.
Hopper will officially be sentenced in two weeks. Hopper agreed to serve 46 years in prison, 40 of which will be served at the same time with other sentences.
According to authorities, Hopper pleaded guilty in Warren County in June 2008 to two counts of rape, four counts of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated robbery, possession of criminal tools and gross sexual imposition.
Hopper is accused of attacking two women inside a model home in Franklin Township in 2006. Investigators said he took the women’s clothes and a couple of rings.
He was captured after he allegedly pawned the rings in Kentucky. DNA was used to link him to the crimes that go back to 1992.
Hopper was sentenced in 2008 to 20 years in prison for a 1994 Kentucky rape. In November 2008, he was sentenced to 32 years for federal gun charges.
